I’ve personally asked this question for a long time, “how to have perfect skin?” I noticed some changes since my youth and today, and the answer is found from withing. For example, do you have a clean diet that includes fruits and vegetables? Do you drink more soda than water? I found when the consumption of too much sugar occurs, acne starts appearing way too much.
Also, having the perfect skincare routine can improve the beauty of your skin, it takes daily love and care to improve your look. If you only wash your face with water and no facial cleansers and you have perfect looking skin, there’s nothing wrong with this. I was asked this question, “So what skincare do you use?” I didn’t have an answer because I didn’t use many skincare products since using Mary Kay. Fast forward to today, I discovered a lot of cool new skincare brands that work well with my combination skin.
Recently, I started using this amazing kiwi cleanser by BYROE and it doesn’t leave the skin dry, and I enjoy using it daily! This skincare brand is truly amazing and does everything they say it does. It is called the Kiwi Detox Gel Cleanser, and it promises to powerfully decongest pores, combats breakouts, and smooths rough texture while leaving skin with an instant glow.
Remember when I mentioned your diet and how it affects your skin more than any chemist can, well it's true. Try taking certain things like soda away and only drink one once a month or remove it completely from your diet. The plan is to lower your sugar intake. And while drinking juices, drink only one juice a day if possible, and during the remainder of the day...Drink water. Eat an apple vs. Eating too much chocolate.
Your skin needs healthy Vitamin A for each layer of skin and Vitmain C for collagen. Vitamin E works well with Vitamin C to support and strengthen healthy cell walls. Zinc helps your skin heal after an injury. Selenium helps certain antioxidants protect your skin from UV rays.
Therefore, along with healthy vitamins, you will also need healthy foods like healthy proteins and fats. Leafy dark greens along with cucumbers provide Vitamins A, C, and E. Fish and other good seafood provides omega-3s and selenium. Flaxseed is a healthy choice of fats that has omega-3 and selenium. Legumes, like lintels, and chickpeas have selenium and zinc. Avocados have healthy fats and vitamin C and E that will improve the look of your skin.
